Two houses. One name.

We have always made two things that do not look alike: audiovisual projects for electronic music artists & more, design of virtual estate made of light and avatars, and hardening, for the machines that run them. Both are here. Neither is new.

The two houses

The studio

Audiovisual · est. 2015 · Belgium

We built a rig, learned to fly it into virtual worlds, and played until somebody asked us to keep the lights on. Twenty-two published sets later the answer is still mostly yes.

We build rigs, stream live sets, and capture electronic music artists, theatre and everything in between โ€” from Goa Trance on hardware to techno guest slots, house sets from virtual rooms, fire and a radio series numbered like records.

Looking to produce a set, a stream, or a launch you need captured? This is the studio arm to brief.

The workshop

Open source · privacy, debloating, hardening · zero telemetry

The tooling lives on github.com/neohiro: free and open-source solutions for privacy, debloating and hardening, plus LoRa mesh applications.

Network firewalls and DNS sinkholes, exploit-mitigation catalogues, hardened Windows and Linux baselines, and mesh key tooling. Everything is published under licences that let you read, depend on and fork it — and none of it phones home.

The catalogue

Every upload, verified against the platform it is published on. Roughly 75,000 views between all of them โ€” this is a small channel that has been running for about eight years, and we would rather show you the real numbers than a wall of invented ones.

From the workshop

The code side. All of it readable, all of it forkable, none of it talking to us about your machine.

Stages

A virtual stage is a room with no walls, which turns out to be a very good thing for a lighting rig and a difficult thing for a door.

  • Hosts

The venues we have played, and the people who run them.

  • Artists

Triquetra, Herton, Amare, Ohm Mind, Anoebis and the rest of the bill.

  • Open Stage Island

A free, 24/7 stage in Second Life. Same network, different room.

  • Elsewhere

Where to find us when we are not mid-set.

Colophon

Verified, not invented

Every video resolved through YouTube's own metadata API. View counts rounded, approximate, and marked as such. This page used to show six fabricated security tutorials โ€” all the same Rick Astley video. That failure is exactly what this site exists to avoid.

Nothing loads until you ask

No tracking, no third-party scripts before you press play. Video wall rendered at build; player created on click. With JS off, every video is still a working link.

Written down, not implied

Catalogue lives in one data file checked against YouTube. Tool list generated from the collection that actually exists. Neither drifts from reality without the build noticing. Maintained by neohiro.
